Shipping Policy

Seven days a week, Frost Sports ships from various warehouses. We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as we can. Please be aware that mounting and Phantom treatment may lengthen the turnaround time.

FedEx or UPS are typically used for all shipments weighing more than 2 pounds, and USPS is usually used for shipments weighing less than 2 pounds. If requested, signatures may be needed for deliveries to apartments and/or shipments made via UPS and FedEx that total more than $200. If the customer doesn’t specify another carrier, Frost Sports will always use its sole discretion to do so.

Worldwide Shipping

Please be aware that any generated Customs duties and taxes are not included in the shipping cost. The recipient will be responsible for paying any customs-related fees, taxes, and duties. Frost Sports reserves the right to request additional shipping costs for orders that have already been calculated at the shipping department before leaving our facility. Before shipping, Frost Sports will get in touch with the customer to get their approval for any additional shipping costs if our shipping department discovers a sizable discrepancy between the actual cost and what was charged. The initial shipping cost will not be reimbursed if the package is returned to sender because the recipient refused to pay the applicable duties, taxes, or fees. Any return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Estimated Shipping Times

All shipments will originate in our closest warehouse if available to your location. Delivery arrival times are only estimates and subject to change based on order volume or delays brought on by inclement weather. Orders typically arrive in 1-3 business days from the ship date in the Eastern US. Orders will typically arrive in the Western US in 5-8 business days following the date of shipment.

Deliveries of shipments take place Monday through Friday. For expedited orders, Saturday deliveries might be possible depending on the shipping location.

Expedited Shipping

When the package clears customs at the destination, expedited and express shipping methods will have reached their destination. Depending on the location and method, shipping can take anywhere between 3 and 10 days. Processing time is not included in this.

Damages

If your order is broken or damaged, email customer service at help@frostsports.net and, if at all possible, refuse delivery. You should also note the damage on the delivery slip. All shipping and product packaging must be saved, and it might be necessary to take pictures.

Order Cancellation

Only if your order hasn’t been shipped, you may cancel it within 24 to 48 hours of placing it. If you ordered drill-mountable skis and they have already been mounted but haven’t been shipped, a 25% restocking fee will be charged to your order. Prior to shipping, all backorders and preorders may be canceled at any time. No order is regarded as canceled until you get a confirmation email from Frost Essentials that it has been done so. If you try to cancel an order after it has shipped, the Frost Sports Return Policy will apply to any subsequent returns.
