Standard Refund Policy
You can exchange it or get a refund if you’re not happy with your purchase. Within 30 days of the shipping date, all returns must be received at the warehouse where they were originally shipped. To be eligible for a refund, all returns must be in brand-new condition and include the original packaging and tags.
A 50% restocking fee will be added to the refund amount if returns are received in used or damaged condition.
If an item (such as shoes, boots, or bindings) has its own box and is returned without the external packaging, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
A 10% restocking fee will be added to the refund amount if the item tags are missing
If returned, new drill-mounted skis will incur a 25% restocking fee.
If you choose to return an item, you must send back the product along with a copy of the original packing slip that has been filled out. You can also attach a printed copy of your initial order confirmation if you’ve misplaced or lost this form. The following details should be included with your return: the order number, name on the order, and the reason for the return.
Holiday Refund Policy
If you ordered something from Frost Sports between November 1 and December 31, you have until January 31 to return it. You can choose between exchanging your gift for a different size, receiving store credit, or having your original credit card or PayPal account refunded. Every standard fee listed below is applicable.
Price Drop Or Coupon Release
While your order is being processed, any sale or price reduction that begins will be subject to the current discounted pricing. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with an already shipped and completed order.
Within 30 days of receiving the goods, exchanges are possible based on tracking, and they should be requested before returning any items. We will pull the replacement item while we await the arrival of your return at our warehouse. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, and the exchange will be sent back to you at no additional cost. A new order can be placed for the exchange item if it is required sooner, and the amount paid for the returned item will be refunded once it is processed at our facility.
